Deskhop Producer Playlist

Deskhop is a signee to jetsonmade’s SPACEBOY label who most notably worked on Playboi Carti’s “@Meh.” While his profile may be low, he’s easily making some of the most interesting beats out right now. His sound usually involves some bright bouncy synths with a distorted bassline. Some could say the sound is compared to the production on some Bladee tracks, something akin to “Be Nice 2 Me.” If you’re looking for more tracks like those, his sound is exactly what you’re looking for.

Playboi Carti – @ MEH

His biggest song to date is “@Meh” by Playboi Carti. While the album that followed would see a completely different sound, “@Meh” stays a stand out in Playboi Carti’s discography. Nothing else sounds quite like this track. Carti’s vocals sit perfectly in between synths to create one of his catchiest tracks to date.

Lil Keed – Traplanta

This song features a similar structure, along with the use of his tag on the track. Lil Keed’s abnormal vocals ride on top of the beat. Keed’s performance feels reminiscent of something Young Thug would do. Deskhop’s production creates a sound that is unlike anything on the rest of Trapped On Cleveland 3.

Rico Nasty – How Ya Feel

Rico’s Deskhop produced song plays to her hyperpop / sugar trap strengths. The song probably would fit well on older Rico projects like Tales of Tacobella. Rico’s content on the track gives a romantic aura that makes for a cute & sexy track. There’s a lot of instrumental left to the back end of track, so hopefully in the future we could see remixes of a beat like this.

T-Pain – Bingo (ft. Lil Wayne & Rich The Kid)

What easily could be the biggest tracks of his never saw an official release. Previewed in a IG live from T-Pain in April of 2020, finally saw a CDQ leak in November of 2021. The IG live preview did not have Lil Wayne & Rich The Kid, who are a welcome addition. The only thing missing from this incredible track is the second verse from T-Pain. If you are in need of the verse though, you can still hear it in the IG Live preview.
