Here we’ll recap some singles you have may missed during the week.
Sauce Walka & Sauce Gohan – Okay Drip
Sauce Gohan has returned with a sophomore release. While his newest release may not be as strong as his last, there are plenty of highlights. Two in particular feature Sauce Walka, with “Okay Drip” being the more fun song of the two. On this track, Gohan drops the catchiest hook of the album. Flexing their drip & wealth, their distinctive flows & wordplay stick with the listener.
OTM – Touchable Freestyle
OTM are keeping the spirit of the Stinc Team alive. Taking the beat originally done by Remble, and then remixed by Drakeo, the beat has reached something of legendary status. On this track, the duo add to its status. The classic flow innovated by Mr. Mosley is used here to fantastic effect, with bars just as hard hitting as the other freestyles.
Wan Billz – What’s The Difference (ft. Internet Money)
Wan Billz returns with a team up with Internet Money. Flipping the classic Dipset track, Wan takes the Cam’Ron track & makes into brand new heat for the drill scene. His deep voice drops bars about spinning & drilling, packed out with raw lyrics. With another team up from Internet Money, the other being the 22Gz track, we might have to expect more collabs between them & the drill scene.
TG Crippy – Wait
TG Crippy drops another drill track, that seems to have something of house music bounce to it. The beat shouldn’t fool you however, as TG drops all his bars about his wild life. As the lines slowly start to blur between the NY drill scene & the Jersey Club scene, completely new styles are being born left & right.
Rocko Ballin – Under The Sun
Easily becoming the best singer in the NY drill scene, Rocko Ballin returns with another hit. Detailing how his lifestyle affects his relationships, he only wants the most loyal around him. No matter what happens in his life, there always seems to be a new surprise.
